Blinking Phone Dress

At a fashion show in London, Maria Sharapova was the first show of a blinking phone dress.

The blinking dress is connected to the wearer's phone with bluetooth technology. Whenever the wearer get a phone call the dress lights up. This would be very helpful in a club or bar.

British fashion student Georgie Davis, is the brilliant mind behind this idea. Georgie created the sleeveless knee-length dress as part of a project for school. The right shoulder of the dress has translucent white scales that move and light up. Davis teamed up with Sony Ericsson, to create the blinking phone dress.

Davis explains the idea behind his invention:

“When you’re in a pub or a bar, you can never, ever hear your phone.”
