Halle Berry is 45-year-old actress won again against her baby daddy. A judge rejected Aubry's request of seeing the couple's 3-year-old daughter Nahla alone, unaccompanied by the nanny.
The French model wanted more alone time with his daughter, but the actress opposed.

According to TMZ, the judge issued an order on October 17, upholding the original agreement requiring supervised visitation for Aubry.
Now Aubry is upset and will probably blame Berry for destroying his relationship with little Nahla.
The custody battle between these two started last year when the couple split after dating for almost five years.
