Hillary Clinton's Congo Outburst

During her visit to the Congo, Hilary Clinton had an outburst after a local reporter accidentally offended her.

In a communication break down a reporter asked Hilary what her husband thought about a certain foreign policy issue. He meant to ask what Obama thought, this lead to Hilary lashing out at the foreigner.
